They point to what works, but also what the Creative Health sector in West Yorkshire needs to become in order to provide condition of opportunity for communities and practitioners to thrive. The publication has been co-produced in partnership and collaboration with the Creative Health Hub; a consortium network aligned to the West Yorkshire Creative Health System.
